• Call to set up the day of perspective appointment with a backup date if you wish, where your credit card information will be taken to hold your spot.
• Your CREDIT CARD will NOT be charged if you call and cancel the flight three business days prior to your flight. If you cancel within three business days; 50% of the bill will be charged. If you fail to call or show up; 100% of the bill will be charged to your credit card.
• You will get a call the day before the flight to check in or feel free to call me when you get into town to check in so we can set up the details such as where we are going to meet and what time. We usually meet people right off exit 18 of the Northway (I87), it is very easy to get to.
• We will pick you up at the designed place previously discussed on the phone; it will take roughly three hours from the time I pick you up to the time I drop you off to your vehicle.
• We will drive to a designated spot where we will inflate the balloon, take our flight with our ground crew chasing us to our unknown destination to pack up the balloon. We encourage our passengers to help out to get the full experience of ballooning although you don’t have to participate in the setting up or taking down of the balloon.
• Once the balloon is all packed up, we will have our Post-Party Celebration depending on the package you choose for your liking.
• Once we are all done with the Post-Party Celebration; I will bring you back to your vehicle to complete your experience.

We fly early in the morning as well as in the afternoon, times depend on
sunrise and sunsets, we usually meet about 1 hour before sunrise and 2.5 hrs
before sunset in order to prepare for the flight. These are the best times
to fly due to least amount of winds.
