Deposit:
Call to set up the day of perspective appointment with a backup date if you wish, where your credit card information will be taken to hold your spot. Your CREDIT CARD will NOT be charged if you call and cancel the flight three business days prior to your flight. If you cancel within three business days; 50% of the bill will be charged. If you fail to call or show up; 100% of the bill will be charged to your credit card.

If the weather does not allow us to fly, as determined by the pilot, SunKiss Ballooning will give a full refund; we will do our best to reschedule around your needs. If you need to reschedule the flight, we ask for it to be done at least 3 days prior to the scheduled flight. If the 3-day notice is not given prior to the scheduled date, the deposit will be charged to the credit
card.

How Many People?
SunKiss Ballooning uses a 4.9 basket (171 lbs), which is the largest basket before going to a ride basket. We can only bring the amount of weight that is allowed for the lift of the balloon. We fly a 90,000 cu ft. balloon which can lift a gross weight of 1660 lbs and a 105,000 cu ft. balloon which lifts 2450 of gross weight. There are different regulations with each balloon that we will stay within for everyone’s safety which is SunKiss’s #1 priority!

When do we Fly?
We fly early in the morning as well as in the afternoon, times depend on
sunrise and sunsets, we usually meet about 1 hour before sunrise and 2.5 hrs
before sunset in order to prepare for the flight. These are the best times
to fly due to lease amount of winds.
